Có rất nhiều cácg để chế biến biến gà nhưng nướng vẫn là cách ngon miệng và không gây ngán hơn cả. Gà nướng sốt buffalo với những miếng gà giòn tan hòa quyện cùng sốt mặn-cay-chua-ngọt hấp dẫn từ hương vị đến hình thức. Cùng thử nhé!
Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 400 độ F. Trộn đều 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, đường, sốt buffalo, giấm, tiêu trong một cái bát. Phi lê gà rửa sạch, thấm khô, cắt nhỏ.
Cho bột bắp vào túi zip với 1 muỗng cà phê muối và tiêu, cho thịt gà vào xóc đều. Trứng gà đánh tan trong một bát riêng. Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, đun nóng, thả gà vào chiên chín sơ rồi nhúng vào bát trứng, cho gà trở lại chảo và chiên chín vàng.
Khi gà đã xong, bạn để ráo dầu rồi cho vào thố nướng cùng với bát sốt buffalo đã pha, đảo cho gà bám đều sốt. Nướng gà trong 25-30 phút cho đến khi sốt sánh đặc lại.
Bạn cho gà ra ngoài thưởng thức cùng cơm trắng nha. Gà nướng sốt buffalo ngon và hấp dẫn với thịt gà thơm phức kết hợp với nước sốt đậm đà, bắt vị là món ăn dinh dưỡng thích hợp cho cả nhà cùng nhâm nhi đấy nhé!
