Những viên trân châu mát lạnh dẻo dai cắn vào là những viên cùi dừa sực sực ăn cùng hột é mát lạnh chắc chắn sẽ giải nhiệt ngay cơn nóng những ngày này đấy!
30gr hạt é bạn ngâm với nước lọc khoảng 30 phút cho nở. Cùi dừa mua về bạn rửa sạch rồi cắt thành những miếng hạt lựu vừa ăn.
Đổ cả 2 loại bột và đường trắng vào cùng 1 âu, đổ từ từ nước sôi vào và nặn đến khi được khối bột dẻo mịn. Bạn có thể cho các loại nước cốt màu tùy thích vào bước này để tạo màu cho viên trân châu.
Khi bột đã xong bạn ngắt thành từng viên vừa ăn rồi ấn dẹp, cho miếng dừa vào giữa rồi lăn lại cho tròn đều, sau đó lăn 1 lần nữa qua bột năng trước khi luộc để các viên trân châu không bị dính vào nhau.
Nấu nước sôi và luộc trân châu từ 15-20 phút sau đó vớt ra tô nước nguội để các viên trân châu không bị dính vào nhau.
Cuối cùng chuẩn bị chén sạch rồi múc trân châu, hột é và các loại quả tùy thích vào rồi chan ít nước cốt dừa lên và dùng ngay thôi nào. Bạn có thể ăn lạnh hay nóng tùy thích nha!
