Cách làm thịt heo cuốn lá lốt thơm ngon, lạ miệng lại khá đơn giản. Trong hướng dẫn này, nguyên liệu chủ yếu là thịt heo bằm có lẫn mỡ nên làm cho món ăn ngọt, không bị khô hay ngấy. Thử làm ngay bạn nhé!!!
Lá lốt rửa sạch, lau khô. Thịt heo trộn đều với hành tím băm, tỏi băm, sả băm, đầu hành lá băm, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê đường và 1 muỗng canh nước mắm.
Trải lá lốt ra mặt phẳng, cho hỗn hợp thịt vừa trộn vào cuộn lại. Làm lần lượt cho đến hết nguyên liệu.
Phết đều 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn lên khay nướng. Xếp các cuộn lá lốt vào khay rồi phết đều dầu ăn lên trên, đặt khay vào lò nướng ở 350 độ C cho đến khi chín đều là được.
Bày trí ra đĩa có thể ăn kèm với bún và nước chấm thì rất ngon đấy!
