Phi thơm đầu hành lá và gừng thái nhỏ với 15ml dầu ăn, cho đậu hũ trắng đã cắt vào đảo đều cho đậu hũ hơi nát ra. Dội chén sốt đã pha vào xào cùng.
Thêm nấm mèo, 10g sốt ớt đậu xay, xào cho sốt sôi. Hòa tan bột bắp với ít nước, đổ vào chảo đậu hũ, nêm 2g bột ngọt, xào tiếp cho sệt lại là được.
