Sườn heo sau khi mua về đem rửa thật sạch nhiều lần với muối, để ráo. Chặt sườn thành miếng vừa ăn rồi cho vào nồi nước trụng sơ khoảng 3 phút rồi lấy ra rửa sạch lại với nước. Sau đó cho sườn vào nồi với 3 muỗng canh rượu sake, hành lá và gừng rồi ninh tầm 30 phút ở lửa vừa.
Phần sốt: cho 5 muỗng nước tương, 2.5 muỗng tương ớt Hàn, 2 muỗng cà phê bột ớt, 2 muỗng canh rượu sake, tỏi và gừng băm, dầu mè, tiêu cùng chút nước vào tô lớn rồi khuấy đều. Sau đó cho sườn đã ninh vào trộn đều lên cho thấm. Cho sườn lại vào nồi kho đến khi cạn nước là được.
Khi ăn dọn sườn ra dĩa và thưởng thức cùng cơm nóng. Sườn kho rượu sake vừa đậm đà gia vị, thịt mềm ngon vừa có vị cay nồng của ớt giúp làm tăng vị giác lên rất nhiều và tạo cảm giác ngon miệng hơn đấy. Thử làm ngay món thịt kho mới lạ này nha.
