Bông cải rửa sạch với nước muối pha loãng, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Luộc sơ qua bông cải rồi vớt ra, để ráo.
Cà rốt, hành tây gọt vỏ, cắt thành những lát mỏng khoảng 1cm.
Xúc xích cắt miếng xéo vừa ăn, luộc xúc xích qua nước sôi và để ráo nước.
Làm nóng dầu ăn trong chảo với 2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, cho cà rốt và hành tây vào xào khoảng 5 phút. Tiếp đến, cho xúc xích vào xào cùng.
Đợi đến khi món ăn gần chín, cho tiếp bông cải, 3 muỗng canh sốt cà chua và 1 muỗng canh tương ớt vào cùng. Nêm 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cho vừa ăn.
Rang qua mè trắng cho thơm. Cho món ăn ra tô, rắc mè lên và ăn cùng với cơm nhé.
