Rửa sạch bơ, bổ đôi, bỏ hạt, rồi xắt nhỏ bơ. Cho sữa đặc, sữa chua vào cùng bơ và xay nhỏ đến khi mịn.

Tiếp theo, cho 180ml kem whipping vào một chiếc tô đánh kem đến khi hỗn hợp hơi đặc lại bông mềm. Cho bơ đã xay vào kem whipping rồi nhẹ nhàng trộn đều đến khi hỗn hợp thật mịn. Cho kem vào một chiếc hộp và dàn mặt kem mịn rồi cho vào ngăn đá khoảng 4 tiếng là dùng được rồi nhé.

Múc kem ra ly và thưởng thức. Có thể ăn kèm với bánh quế, rắc thêm ít đậu phộng rang giã nhỏ lên sẽ thơm hơn đấy!
