Cá mua về cắt khúc rửa sach với nước muối pha loãng. Đậu bắp và cà chua rửa sạch cắt khúc vừa ăn.
Bắt nồi lên cho nóng cùng với dầu ăn cho nóng cho tỏi và hành tím băm vào phi vàng thơm, sau đó cho cà chua vào xào chín tiếp kế cho 1 lít nước lọc vào nồi. Cho cá basa vào nấu chín. Khi nước trong nồi sôi. Cho 1 vắt me vào chén. Dùng nước nấu canh mình cho 1 vá nước vào chén me. Dầm nát me vắt lấy cốt me.
Cho hết phần me đã vắt lấy cốt sau đó nêm gia vị vào nồi. Sau đó đun sôi. Tiếp kế cho đậu bắp vào nấu chín thêm 2 phút. sau đó cho rau nêm và cuối cùng tắt bé cho tiêu vào nồi cho thơm. Dọn món ra ăn cùng cơm thôi nào. Hihi!
